Orders & Payment 💰
- Ideally orders should be placed at least 2 business days before the desired delivery date.
- Full payment is required to confirm all orders.
We reserve the right to cancel any order if payment is not received in full by the due date.
Same-Day Orders 🚨
Rush Orders: For same-day orders, please inquire about availability. If your order is accepted, a $20 rush fee will be added to your invoice. Contact: 1(242)-821-4314.
Please note that same Same-Day Orders close at:
- 1PM on Weekdays
- 12PM on Saturdays
- Pre-Order Only on Sundays
Delivery Fees 🚗
Weekday delivery is available within Nassau, New Providence and Paradise Island for all orders at a $10 rate.
On weekends, we charge a $13 delivery fee.
Weekday deliveries typically take place between 10am-5pm. Weekend deliveries typically take place between 10am-4pm. For specific delivery time requests, please call or WhatsApp 1(242)-821-4315 for assistance. Evening deliveries are available at a $15 rate.
If we are unable to deliver your order due to unforeseen circumstances, we will contact you to reschedule or offer a refund.
Grace Period ⏳
Your order must be collected at the agreed delivery/pickup location within 10 minutes of the agreed collection/delivery time. For pickups, you will be notified of the pickup location and time 24-48 hours prior to your collection date via text message to the contact number provided.
Please note that after the 10 minute grace period has passed, your delivery/pickup will be rescheduled for an additional $10 charge. If your order is not collected at the agreed delivery/pickup time, collection will be postponed to our next date of availability.
Flower Substitutions 🌸
While we strive to provide the exact flowers requested in your order, availability may vary due to seasonal fluctuations and other factors. If a specific flower is unavailable, we will do our best to substitute it with a similar or more vibrant alternative that closely matches your desired color scheme and overall aesthetic. While we will try our best to do so, it is not guaranteed that substitutions will be communicated to you.
Returns and Refunds 🔁
Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we do not accept refunds or returns after a deposit has been made. Please notify us immediately if your order is damaged upon delivery. Photos of damage/poor quality must be submitted within 1 hour of delivery. We will investigate the issue and, if applicable, offer a replacement or refund.
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days. We reserve the right to deny any exchange or refund that does not meet our policy.
Care and Maintenance ✨
We are not responsible for the condition of flowers after delivery. However, we recommend changing the water and adding fresh plant food to your vase every 2-3 days to increase the longevity of your flowers.
