Refund policy

Returns and Refunds 🔁 

Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we do not accept refunds or returns after a deposit has been made. Please notify us immediately if your order is damaged upon delivery. Photos of damage/poor quality must be submitted within 1 hour of delivery. We will investigate the issue and, if applicable, offer a replacement or refund. 

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days. We reserve the right to deny any exchange or refund that does not meet our policy. 

Flower Substitutions 🌸

While we strive to provide the exact flowers requested in your order, availability may vary due to seasonal fluctuations and other factors. If a specific flower is unavailable, we will do our best to substitute it with a similar or more vibrant alternative that closely matches your desired color scheme and overall aesthetic. While we will try our best to do so, it is not guaranteed that substitutions will be communicated to you.
